We use this information to respond to inquiries, explain our services and office information, help with appointment requests, maintain communication preferences, operate the website and messaging service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Our Zoom SMS service is for administrative conversations, not clinical advice, marketing campaigns, or automated appointment reminders.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your phone number or SMS consent so another business can text you. Any other sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers that help us deliver and support our messages may process the information only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf.

Other limited disclosures

We may use service providers for website hosting, communications, and appointment booking. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety, subject to applicable privacy requirements. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need the information for their work. Ordinary SMS and email may not be secure. Please do not send diagnoses, medication details, insurance documents, payment information, or other sensitive health information by text. We retain information as needed for our operations, consent records, and applicable legal obligations.
